Your privacy is important to me, however I will keep some details so that I can:
- Help you with orders or bookings
- Provide evidence of sales (tax man!)
- Keep you up to date with what is happening in the Stampin’ Up! and PDQ Cards world.
Data that I keep
When you book a class I will ask for your name, contact and payment details.Your card details are stored in an encrypted format (Square), so I cannot see them or access them. I use the details you provide me to confirm your booking, remind you to come to class and send you information about future classes. If your class includes Stampin’ Up! products, I will also add your details to the Stampin’ Up! system for the purposes of ordering your supplies (see below).
Stampin’ Up! Website:
When you place an order for Stampin’ Up! products via my online store Stampin’ Up! will ask for the same details as above, plus a postal address for shipping your products to you. This data is stored by Stampin’ Up! in the USA. Stampin’ Up! also pass your name, postal address and phone number onto UPS our shipping courier for the purposes of delivering your order. UPS use the data to print labels and for routing the packages within their system.

Content from other website (embedded content)
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Joining my Team
When you join Stampin’ Up! under me as your team leader, Stampin’ Up! passes your information to me on my demonstrator website. Your information also passes to my team leader in the same way. This enables her to reach out to you should I leave Stampin’ Up! but also to help with her tax preparations and mine. Team Leaders earn commission from Stampin’ Up! on the sales their team members place.
This is paid by Stampin’ Up! and does not affect your benefits in anyway, but we need to show where this money comes from for tax purposes.
If you meet me at an event and complete one of my printed forms it is either destroyed within a month of being entered onto a system, or kept in a secure, locked filing cabinet and kept for the least amount of time to maintain my tax records.
How to Opt Out or Be Forgotten
If you have any questions about how I use your data, then please do get in touch with me as I’m happy to discuss it if you feel you don’t fit into the categories above. Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance, just pop “GDPR and Me” in the subject line!
Want to Unsubscribe from my mailing list, just click the Unsubscribe link on any email I send you. You’ll not hear from me again.
Really want to be forgotten?
If you wish to “be forgotten” from all systems then please email me a email@example.com with a subject of “Right To Be Forgotten”. I will then manually delete you from all systems where I can without impacting my ability to comply with tax auditing purposes.
